I started Swedish Career Academy to provide career coaching professionals with a structured methodology and other training tools to enhance their work with job seekers and those looking for vocational/career counseling.

Through my Inward-Outward-Forward (Inåt Utåt Framåt®-)-methodology, thousands of career coaching professionals have completed training through the Career Academy.

We offer training programs, certification and tools for people wanting to develop and enhance their Career and Job coaching skills and toolbox.
